Li'l Shaver has two different types of bagged shavings:  Premium Screened Coarse and Premium Screened Fine shavings.  Both bag types can be loose loaded or palletized.  The loose load configuration maximizes space utilization resulting in lower freight cost per bag.  The palletized load is easier to handle and labour cost is reduced during unloading time.

All of our shavings are manufactured using residual lumber products. No trees were directly used in the making of this product.

Premium Screened Coarse Bagged Shavings  

• available in 3.0 cubic foot bag compressed bag
• the approximate bag compression ratio is three to one
• bag dimensions are 27" x 17.5"x 11"
• the average bag weight is 37 pounds
• packaged in durable plastic bags
• the shavings are fluffy flakes that are screened for dust
• this is the preferred shaving of the Equine industry
• also very popular in the Pork, Poultry and other Livestock industries

  Premium Screened Fine Bagged Shavings

•  available in a 3.0 or 2.0 cubic foot compressed bag

•  this is the preferred bedding of the Dairy industry

•  these shavings are very consistent, kiln dried and sterile

• it is also in high demand in the Equine industry as some breeders and trainers prefer  it for its high absorptive quality

The volume of 3.0 cubic foot compressed bags on a palletized trailer load is 990 bags. The number of bags on a loose load is approximately 1100 bags.
